SECURITY DEPUTY LEADER

* REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree
• Work Experience: 8 years working experience in security related field is preferred
• Specialty/Qualification Security related qualifications are preferred.
• Have field experiences in security and its systems for industrial facilities.
• Capable to review security related documentation, equipment specifications and security system procedures.
• Enforcement of the security management measures and precautionary approaches
• Management skill with security outsourcing company;
• Skill of coordinating and negotiating between parties which have different opinions and requests;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a multicultural environment;
• Write reports (daily check, function inspection) to ensure implementation of security.
• English skill TOEIC 550 (Good communication in English).

* DESCRIPTION:
A) Job Summary

• To support Security Leader in onshore or offshore security in the refinery.
• To work as acting Security Leader when Security Leader is off duty or on leave.

B) Responsibilities:

• Specific responsibilities of security include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Be responsible to implement NSRP security policy and Security and Vigilance Management
Plan and procedures in conformance with NSRP LLC requirements, VN regulation and IFC
Performance Standards.
2. Support Security Leader to manage the security outsourcing company
3. When Security Leader is off duty or on leave, work as acting Security Leader and be focal point with the security outsourcing company and report to Health & Safety Section Manager on a
status of risk management or control,
4. When Security Leader is off duty or on leave, must be able to respond and manage security
emergencies
5. Implement the security activities under the direction of Security Leader.
6. Maintain good relations with all relevant local authorities and agencies.
7. Monitor daily and Audit if needed, and ensure compliance of security activities.
8. Assist Security Leader Ensure that the manpower requirements and personnel competencies
are met in the security outsourcing company to achieve the purpose in security activity.
9. Report to Security Leader on a status of risk management or control.
10. Eliminate/prevent/reduce/mitigate security risk at the onshore and offshore site of the refinery
and its neighbors.
11. Ensure function and performance of security measures and security facilities and equipment
cooperating with related departments
12. Support Security Leader to respond and manage security emergencies
13. Serve as the security subject matter expert and liaison with local police and government
agencies.
14. Supervise outsourced security team
15. Perform other duties and tasks as requested by Security Leader.

C. Accountability, Duty
To address security concerns in every way and improve conditions.
To be subject to audits on reports for concerned organizations and lenders

PP SHIPPING LEADER
* REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree
• Work Experience : Min 5 years experience operations in solid product packing / handling / transportation and shipping, or in container handling / transportation and shipping
• Specialty/Qualification University in mechanical or equivalent
• Moderate mechanical knowledge as well as mathematical theories and applications
• Knowledge with petrochemical solid product packing, handling, transporting and shipping operations.
• Report writing skills
• English skills IELTS 5.0

* DESCRIPTION:

A) Job Summary

• Instrument Engineer is responsible to provide support services on instrument equipments to the Maintenance Division and to supervise.

B) Responsibilities:
For this position, minimum works are as follows,

• Responsible for packing / handling loading on truck / transporting for PP product from warehouse area to the Jetty storage area / shipping from Jetty storage area to the vessel based on PP production, handling and shipping plan.

• Handling Leader
- Work 16 Hrs per day by 3 teams 2 shifts
- Lead and instruct handling operator or outsourcing company to pack / handle / load on truck /
transport PP product to achieve the safety for PP handling operation.
- Coordinate and supervise the start-up, shut-down and normal operation with handling operator
or outsourcing company.
- Monitor all work progress from packing area in warehouse to Jetty storage area and coordinate between handling area and shipping area for smooth and safe operation.
- Receive fire fighting training based on fire fighting training program preparing for emergency.
- Responsible for preparation for day-to-day maintenance work.
- Perform daily check and minor maintenance based on the check list etc. with outsourcing company.

• Shipping Leader
- Work 24 Hrs per day by 4 teams 3 shifts
- Lead and instruct shipping operator or outsourcing company to container receiving / shipping
preparation / shipping to vessel to achieve the safety for PP shipping operation.
- Coordinate and supervise the Container receiving, shipping preparation, shipping to vessel and
related operation with shipping operator or outsourcing company.
- Monitor all work progress from container receiving to shipping to vessel for smooth and safe
operation.
- Receive fire fighting training based on fire fighting training program preparing for emergency.
- Responsible for preparation for day-to-day maintenance work.
- Perform daily check and minor maintenance based on the check list etc. with outsourcing company

- Plant productivity improvement
