+ Work Location: HCM + Salary: Competitive + JD: Contracts Review and qualify tender documents/contracts to ensure compliance with the Company/Group contracting principles/policies This includes provisions relating to indemnities, delivery terms, warranties, liquidated damages, insurance, intellectual property, confidentiality, pollution, assignment, bid bond/bank guarantees, payment terms etc Participate in contract negotiations with clients, in collaboration with colleagues in Operations and Legal Act as business partner towards Operations by providing legal advice and assistance Ensure contract related variation orders, claims and potential disputes are handled so as to minimize risks and in compliance with Group/Company policies/guidance Negotiate project related joint venture/consortium agreements with partners Compliance Provide support on compliance issues to ensure that the Group policies and procedures are adhered too. Dispute Management Assist in identifying and managing potential dispute(s) and working in consultation with Legal Manager to address these proactively. Support and manage disputes/ litigation as necessary and in collaboration with Legal Manager/APAC Legal department Training Provide legal/contracts training to Operations, as required/directed by Legal Manager/APAC Legal department General An integral member of the APAC Legal department, the selected candidate will be a legal resource/subject matter expert on Vietnamese law Handle other matters or projects as assigned by Legal Manager/APAC Legal Director Organizing and proper safekeeping of all corporate files of Technip Vietnam; Preparing directors’ resolutions; Application for new licenses with relevant authorities; Renewal application for all licenses maintained; Updating the legal department on relevant changes in laws, regulations; Maintaining a proper filing system for all legal files, contracts and supporting documents + Requirement: - Degree in Law.
