e are resourcing for the HSE/HSSE related positions below – Could you let me know if you would be interested, also please kindly refer me to as many people you may know who are Malaysia or of another Asian nationality who have the right background / experience to fulfil any of the below. Details:

The client is a MNC working on Petronas RAPID (Refinery And Petrochemical Integrated Development) project’s packages for EPC on some of the refinery packages. The requirements are:

1. HSSE Training Superintendent
- Significant HSE training experience
- Experienced in developing / delivering training him/herself AND coordinating with external agencies

2. HSSE Mechanical Rotating Superintendent
- Has to cover HSE for all mechanical equipment that moves

3. HSSE Scaffolding Superintendent
- Level 3 certified scaffolder who can sign off on scaffold designs / plans

4. HSSE Electrical Superintendent
- All aspects of electrical safety (LV needed with HSE background, MV / HV experience desirable)

5. HSSE Traffic Controller
- The ideal candidate will have a strong large-site logistics background (large load routing, access, timing etc.) with good quality / standards / HSE

6. Security Coordinator
- Very large site security experience (any industry but must be experienced)
- Will be coordinating with the PMC and sub-contractors so needs to be a strong communicator / canny negotiator
- Responsible for general security, speeding on-site etc.

7. 5 HSSE Supervisors
a. 1 x Vietnamese speaker (plus English and preferably Bahasa Malay)
- Will be managing / overseeing a Vietnamese sub-contractor
b. 1 x Mandarin speaker (plus English and preferably Bahasa Malay)
- Will be managing / overseeing a Chinese sub-contractor
c. The rest local hire
- Will be managing / overseeing local contractors

8. PTW Coordinator
- Experienced PTW specialist with experience in dealing with a large number of permits per day

9. HSSE Lifting and Rigging Superintendent.
- Level 3 certified rigger who can sign off on lifting plans

IN ALL CASES: You must be:

- Available to mobilise in 1 month or less notice (ideally less). Malaysians preferred, unless you are an expat already in-country and can be available in 2 – 3 weeks
- DOSH Green / yellow book certified (for Malaysians), or have the international equivalent (for regional expats) + a full driving license
- Experienced in larger onshore projects desirable (onshore O&G / Petronas project exposure ideal)

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- These are residential / non-rotational positions
- 60 hours per week, OT provided
- Living allowances provided on top of your rate
- 3 – 5 years of work available in total.
