The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
  • Manage a team of 15 to 30 workers, in charge of building ship hull parts.
  • Make working plan (weekly & monthly) for the team in-charge.
  • Organize the work to achieve HSE, Quality, Milestone and budget demanding targets in a challenging environment.
  • Develop the workers skills by providing on job training or offline training for them.
  • Work in deep cooperation with Engineering and Planning Departments to achieve the targets.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor degree within naval, marine or general engineering.
Experience Required:
  • Ship building or industrial experience.
  • People and works management experience.
Other Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge in steel ship's hull or steel structure construction.
  • Leadership skills.
  • English/ computer knowledge is an asset.
Ship building technical issues interest.
