Austal Vietnam (Đông Xuyên industrial zone, Vũng Tàu, BR-VT) is seeking the candidate for HR officer position :

Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Prepare claim of Social insurance allowances for sickness , work accidents, occupational diseases and maternity leave .. / Registration employee’s dependents/ Prepare the registration for new employee with Tax Authority and Social Insurance Department
- Translate & Interpret for all related to recruitment
- Implement on boarding/ off boarding procedure
- Other Admin tasks

Job Requirement
- At least 2 years’ experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in office computer (MS Office, Outlook, Internet ...)
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law; further training will be a plus
- Proficient both in Vietnamese & English : listening, speaking, reading and writing both in Vietnamese & English
- Age : from 25 to 30
