Mô tả Công việc

Handle in-coming and out-coming correspondences, contracts and other Company document;
Negotiate to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company with suppliers, hotels, travel agents, car leasing companies, stationery suppliers, clean services providers, post services providers, office equipment suppliers, etc;
Manage and supervise Company driver team;
Arrange travel and accommodation for Company personnel on business trip and home leave ;
Check and prepare the payment request related to administrative expense;
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Working in Ho Chi Minh City

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative work for large organisations and/or relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both Vietnamese and English.
Good organisation skills, high attention to detail and showing a flexibility within the role.
Ability to manage time and work to deadlines set
Ability to work within a team environment and on own initiative with minimum supervision.
Good Microsoft office skills.

LSP is a joint venture between a Vietnamese partner as Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and foreign partners including Vina SCG Chemicals Company Limited, Thai Plastic and Chemicals Public Company Limited for developing the Petrochemical Complex in South Vietnam (Project). We are establishing a petrochemicals complex located on Long Son Island , Ba Ria Vung Tau Province. It will have an annual production of olefins, poly-olefins, chlor – alkali and VCM to supply for domestic and regional demand. All of which will help contribute to the development of Vietnamese industries such as automobile, packaging consumer goods and aluminum. At the present, project is in the phase of land handover and bidding for selection of EPC contractors.
