Công ty TNHH MTV Điều hành Thăm dò Khai thác Dầu khí trong nước (PVEP POC) là đơn vị thành viên của Tổng Công ty Thăm dò Khai thác Dầu khí (PVEP) thuộc Tập Đoàn Dầu khí Quốc Gia Việt nam (Petrovietnam). Hiên nay, PVEP POC đang điều hành hoạt động Thăm dò khai thác 7 lô Hợp đồng: PSC Lô 09-2/09, Lô 09-02/10, Lô 01/10 & 02/10; Lô 46/13, Lô 42; Lô 15-1/05 và PSC Lô 05.1a, trong đó PSC Lô 05.1a đang triển khai phát triển mỏ và khai thác dầu khí. Mục tiêu của Công ty PVEP POC là trở thành nhà điều hành dầu khí chuyên nghiệp, phát triển công ty toàn diện và bền vững đi đôi với bảo vệ môi trường sinh thái, đóng góp vào bảo đảm anh ninh quốc phòng.

Electrical & Instrument (E&I) Engineer

What you will do
Person to report

• OIM/Deputy OIM of Thien Ung platform.
• Production Sup. / Foreman, Senior E&I Engineer of Thien Ung Platform.

Delegate

• When E&I engineer is absent and cannot operate daily activities, the E&I engineer will delegate partial or entire work to other Mechanical engineer.
• The delegation must be implemented in the appearance of documents and approved in advance by the direct authorized superiors.

Obligation – Rights Details:

• Operating, maintenance and repairing E&I equipment with safety procedure (metering system, UPS, transmitters, gauges, Fire & Gas system…)
• Managing, diagnosing and troubleshooting E&I equipment.
• Developing preventive & periodic maintenance plans of E&I equipment.
• Conducting risk analysis and organization of work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Preparing orders for E&I spare parts
• Inspecting quality of new E&I equipment and performance of installation.
• Setting up working plan and organizing operation for E&I team.
• Developing instruction and procedure for Operating and maintenance of E&I equipment.
• Executing daily/monthly report if required.

Other tasks

• Tasks are applied once incurring or tasks are given as per request from OIM / Deputy OIM of Thien Ung platform.

Internal relations

• Senior E&I Engineer/ E&I Engineer/ E&I Technician, OIM / Deputy OIM, all other disciplines of Thien Ung platform and other sections / divisions / departments in Vietsovpetro J.V.

External relations

• The Corporation, Clients, third party, vendor and other company which relate to jobs in charge

Standards of performance

• Standards of performance should be complied with the performance Appraisal procedure of Vietsovpetro or implemented as per the request of Vietsopvetro Oil & Gas Production Enterprise (OGPE)’s Director Board or Investors.

What you are good at
Education level

• At least Bachelor’s degree in E&I engineering from a Vietnamese or International university. Major in Oil & Gas Engineering is highly desired.

Qualification

• Electricity/ Instrument/ Automation.

Working experience

• At least 03 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry as a E&I engineer. Priority for persons who have experience in operation of E&I equipment, process systems.
• Being familiar with industry distributed control (DCS), PLC and SCADA systems.
• Good skill in maintenance of process field instruments, electrical devices.

Foreign language

• Fluent in Russian (more advantage), English (Level B (at least), Intermediate (about Toeic 500))

Computer skills

• Master in Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel), emails and internet.
• Skill in AutoCAD, other specialize software (such as ETAP, Smart Plan Instrumentation…) shall be referred.

Training course Priority for persons who have experience with:

• Maintenance planning and Management in Petroleum industry.
• Risk assessment and Hazard Identification.
• Organizing and managing skills.
• ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Safety management implementation

Other requirement

• Intelligent, hard and want to work at company for a long time, enthusiasm.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization, management skill / leadership, decision making.
• Ability to work both as a team and independently and work under high pressure.
• Has basis knowledge about International standards relevant to E&I and Oil & Gas industry such as ISO, IEC, NEMA, IEEE...
