- Educational Level: University graduated or equivalent
- Work Experience: 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas projects
- Work Experience: NDT and/or CWI qualifications are desirable but not mandatory
- Skills: Familiarity with NSRP company technical standards and plans, procedures and operating manuals
- To maintain quality and commissioning procedures in a rightful implementation. Assuring they are applied correctly. Daily verify, record and report any Non Conformities to management to start the appropriate correction and corrective action.
- Quality Inspector follows the day to day inspection activities providing at the end his quality records to Document Controller for the proper archiving. Inspection activities includes documental verifications and field verifications. They must lead the Document Controllers too in issuing quality records forms and archiving/retrieving from a paper or digital archive the necessary quality records.
- They should evolve in the role of Quality Engineer to support the quality certification ISO 90001
Quality Inspector must
- Plan and report inspection and test data
- Read blueprints and specifications
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet company procedures and standards
- Measure technical products with appropriate calibrated instrument
- Segregate all items that fail to meet specifications
- Follow Quality Control KPI and report anomalies
- Record the Non Conformities found and follow them until the closure
Accountability, Duty
- Inspect applications of quality, commissioning, operational and maintenance procedures
- Record any Non conformities found and inform the responsible Manager
- Report periodically to QA/QC Manager quality inspections
