I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Direct subordinates like groupleaders / teamleaders in fabricating painting / scaffolding activities as plans and information of Superintendent.
2. Supervise painting / scaffolding activities. Coordinate teams insharing common resources liketools / equipments / transportationmeans, etc; give priority to space ,time in order to ensure the safety, the quality, the schedule & the efficiency of the discipline in charge as well as other disciplines.
3. In terms of HSE policies, take into account protecting project and company manpower, company properties and working environment. Actively implement solutions to prevent any unsafe and low quality problems (ifany) before being reminded by superiors or construction manager.
4. Regarding to the efficiency, closely supervise construction manpower and regularly deal with relevant project construction disciplines.
5. Manage,check,adjust and renew production norms for construction items in the discipline incharge.
6. Timely make decisions and adjustments to arising problems,for instance mistakesin construction,the incompliance with procedures, the lack of perception and responsibility,poor work manship,etc...
7. Based on his / her experience, regularly propose warnings of risk to Construction Manager, relevant departments / disciplines and subordinates before problem soccur.
8. Complete production orders, report task completion timely.
9. Timely attend in meetings of safety, production and walk about as required.
10. Propose awards / disciplinary to subordinates.
11. Report to superiors on task completion, weekly construction plans, pending items, costs, arising problems, changes in construction.
12. Prepare lesson learnt for superior sand the company.
II. JOB
- Diploma or higher degree in Mechanical or Construction Fields
- At least 01 experience years in Construction Project / managing fabrication project.
- Have knowledge of oil & gas exploration and exploitation.
- Have understanding of relevant aspects in the project like Safety, Construction, Quality and Engineering.
- Have ability in management, and problem solving.
