Job accountabilities:
- Ensure materials required for operation are sufficiently purchased.
- Proceed necessary works to get on time of purchase orders, service orders from all approved purchase requisition and service request.
- Liaise with Supplier to ensure that all purchase orders were received, acknowledged and delivered on time.
- Be the focal contact point for Supplier and client on expediting purchase orders, service orders and repair & return items.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.
- Review the ordering of necessary goods and services with offshore and technical team.
- Inform all related department if critical delivery is going to be late.
- Track and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost.
- Manage procurement activities to make sure KPI procurement achievement.
- Collaborate with department managers to clarify purchase requisitions, identify departmental needs, and refine specifications for future purchase orders.
- Follow proper channels to obtain purchase authorization according to company policy.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economic, or related areas
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain in oil & gas industry
- Good knowledge of supplier management.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Good communication, written, listening and presentation skills in the English language.
- Proficient use of office application.
- Having deep experience and knowledge in using/setting up procurement system
