    • The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
    • Manage a team of 6 to 15 workers.
    • Make the maintenance procedures/ operation procedures for the equipment, machines such as: overhead crane, tower crane, welding machines, electric system, low voltage electric cabinet, plasma cutting machine, etc. accordance with assigned task.
    • Make working plan (weekly & monthly) for the team in-charge.
    • Spare parts monthly inventory and report to Line Manager when spare parts are restocking.
    • Develop the staff skills by providing on job training or offline training for them.
    • Give support to staff in maintenace activities, equipment/ machines repairing.
    • Plan, implement and follow new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
    • Organize the work to achieve HSE, Quality, Milestone and budget demanding targets in a challenging environment.
    • Other tasks as assignment from Line Manager.
    Qualifications Required:
    • Bachelor degree within Electrical, Automation, Electronics.
    Experience Required:
    • Minimum 2-year working experience in the industry maintenance in shipbuilding, steel manufacturing factory, transportation port, etc.
    • People and work management experience.
    Other Requirements:
    • Have knowledge of PLC system, inverter and electric motor control.
    • Have knowledge of low voltage electric distribution system.
    • Ability to analyse, dianogse and repaire equipment/machine damage according to circuit diagram and technical manual
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • English/ computer knowledge is an asset.
