1. Logistics Coordinator:

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring technical and economical effectiveness of the logistic solutions suggested and coordinate Logistics, operation and Contractors regarding all logistics activities (Marine, Aviation, Materials management);
- Ensuring the correct lifting ops following Company Procedures and the OGP best practices;
- Preparing preliminary documentation for internal and external logistics projects;
- Preparing logistics aspects of ITT documents;
- Logistics technical evaluation of contractors bid;
- Preparing logistics studies;
- Preparing logistic technical guidelines and procedures;
- Site scouting;
- Ensuring that the marine activities at the base are carried-out, and ensuring that the vessels are consistent with the requirements of Operations;
- Ensuring that the aviation activities at the helicopters base are carried-out, and ensuring that the helicopters are consistent with the requirements of Operations;
- Monitor and respect of the Logistic Contracts;
- Provide the contractors feedback.
- Comply with rules and standards described in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures;
- Report all incidents;
- Motivate colleagues to comply with HSE rules and standards;
- Participate in HSE related initiatives ensuring the proper spreading and information within the department;
- Ensure the compliance, within, the responsibilities, of contractors on company's HSE Standards, regulatory documents and any other process;
- Contribute proactively to support company in reaching the HSE assigned objectives.
- Vietnamese National with Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics in Upstream Operations, preferably Drilling support activities and related materials, equipment and services;
- Proven knowledge of HSE procedures applied to warehouse and lifting operations/equipment;
- Good degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs;
- Good command of both written and spoken English.

Working location: Logistics Base in Da Nang
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation of the Geographical Unit (GU) Lifting Management System to comply with both local regulatory requirements and Lifting & Hoisting Manual guidelines.
- Technical advice on matters pertaining to lifting operations deviations or non-compliances.
- Provide support to Maintenance Teams as necessary in the detail and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities on all lifting equipment;
- Fully conversant with the inspection of lifting equipment and concept of discard criteria;
- Adopt safe working practices at all times with regards to lifting operations and in accordance with statutory and Company operating procedures;
- Provide support as required to the Lifting and HSE teams in determining the lift categorisation, planning process and the preparation of risk assessments;
- Provide technical support for the selection and qualification of Lifting Operation Contractors/Sub-contractors;
- Develop and maintain networks and relationships with key peers and colleagues in other GU's for the purposes of adopting and promoting best practice within Company, sharing information and ideas whilst keeping abreast of new initiatives and technologies within the Lifting Technical Authority discipline;
- Ensure all relevant lifting equipment performance, certification and condition data are recorded accurately for input into the Company's data recording system;
- Define standards for and participate in the monitoring and assessment of lifting operations;
- Contribute in conjunction with HSE Dept to the Site's safety effectiveness through recommending improvements in procedures and work practices. Promote a continuous improvement culture within the team;
- Comply with rules and standards described in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures;

- Knowledge of audit techniques and services vendor qualification;
- Knowledge of benchmarking techniques;
