I. POTITON:
1. Permit to work Coordinator
2. Electrical Precom Engineer
3. Telecom Precom Engineer
II. MAIN DUTIES
1. Permit to work Cordinator
· The Permit to work Coordinator is responsible for the issuance, recording, suspension and tracking of permits .
· The PTW coordinator will lead the PTW team and ensure all PTW personnel are follwing the PTW Procedure.
· Ensure that Permits are issued according to PTW Procedure .
· Ensure permits are cancelled or closed out appropriately.
· Verify that each new PTW does not conflict with orther existing activity.
· Ensure consistency of PTW application and process
· Control Electrical and mechanical Lockout, Tag out of Equipment and systems
· Conduct PTW and LOTO audits – both infield and office based to ensure system effectiveness and compliance.
2. Electrical Precom Engineer
· Prepare ITRs formats, check sheet overview in regards to electrical works.
· Perform technical review of Design drawings / deliverables with regard to suitability for commissioning.
· Full working knowledge of commissioning activities in relation to mechanical /electrical / instrumentation/control disciplines and to advise company representative on commissioning problems and effective solutions.
· Review Construction plans with a view to achieving early and efficient client handover.
· To take responsibility for commissioning activities across the contract and manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.
· Develop Discipline Commissioning Plans, Documentation, Procedures and Handover documentation.
· Liaise and manage interfaces with Vendors.
· Witnesses onshore factory acceptance tests.
· Participates in Project Hazop/Safety review, design audits as part of multi-disciplinary team.
· Reviews commissioning procedures and acceptance of equipment as clientrepresentative.
· Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
3. Telecom Precom Engineer
· Responsible for checking installation, pre-com and commissioning some systems such as: UHF, VHF, AM, FM, microwave radios, antennas, telephone, CCTV, OTN, NBD, PAGA, PABX
· Responsible for checking drawing, update documents.
· Take part in reviewing TBE, VDR/ VDI, comment procedure, technical standards and other jobs of sub-contractors or clients about prepare procedure, operation.
· Understand jobs of the department which we work for, clarify un-clearance details in the contract of our company and clients and sub-contractors.
· Responsible for pre-commissioning instruments, electrical system, and control systems, control interface systems
· Apply PTW to pre-com and commissioning.
· Co-operate with workshop to check tools, all kinds of testing instrument devices, status, quantity, expire date for doing pre- com and commissioning.
· Take part in Instrument Mechanical Completion and Pre- commissioning Completion dossier.
· Take part in checking or collecting all information about ship loose material of instrument and handover to HUC contractor or OIC
· Take part in manage sub-contractor offshore with the role of main contractor with clients.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Age: 35 – 50
2. Gender: Male is preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree required.
4. Detail requirements:
· Potition 1: 5 year experienced at same potition, Worked with CPP or FPSO as Lead Permit to Work, Proficient in Work Management System
· Potition 2: At least 4 years in electrical commissioning area of offshore oil and gas projects
· Potition 3: Have experience with some systems such as: Radio Systems (UHF, VHF FM – Marine, VHF AM - aeronautique), Radar Systems, Telephone Systems, Antennas, Inmarsat System, VSAT system, Entertainment System, LAN Network.
5. Having sales experience for pump or compressor products is the plus.
6. Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
7. Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
