PVD TRAINING is looking for 01 INVENTORY SPECIALIST
Detail:
- Male,Vietnamese or Expatriate
- Working location: Onshore, in the north of Vietnam
- Duration: 10 months and above
Requirement:
Educational Level : University Graduated
Work Experience : Min 10 years’ experience in inventory & materials management at Oil & Gas or Chemical or relevant industry, well experiences on spare parts & materials cataloguing & validation
Specialty/Qualification A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, instrument, economic, supply chain or equivalent, TOEIC 600 (Min)
Skills:
• Inventory & materials cataloguing skillfuls
• Spare parts & materials data validation skillfuls
• Able to process & work with more than 10,000 items in short time
• Able to reading engineering documents to identify correct spare parts & BOM
• Engineering skillful to visual check spare parts & materials & related engineering documents
• Familiar with international materials coding system such as: Shell MESC
• CMMS Maximo or SAP materials management skillfuls
• Data analytical skills
• Spare parts inventory optimization skillfuls
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets as well as having experience using an email system and making searches on the Internet.
• Experience with MS Office Professional is a plus (MS Power Point; Visio)
• Good written and oral communication skills are essential.
