Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician

Amount : 06

Main Purpose of the Job:

To apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

Key Outputs and Measurements:

Equipment Efficiency, Waste, Claims and Complaints, Breakdown analysis and short stops analysis.
Projects Implementation on time in full. CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) compliance ratio > 95%

Key Relationships:

Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, Shift Manager, Process Manager, QA Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, directing and
  scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Conduct machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure
• Update documentation (work orders, spare parts, etc) as specified by the maintenance
  department procedure.
• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to
  achieve the required output from the machines.
• Provide guidance and assistance to Autonomous Maintenance in cleaning, inspection and
• Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for
  operators’ safety
• Any other suitably assigned duties.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment andmachines
• Hands on experience and troubleshooting in PLC, SCADA, AC/DC Motors Control and Driversis preferred
• Able to read schematic diagrams
• Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair
  procedure
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Proactive and driven to learn and take on challenges
• Team Player, meticulous and responsible
• Detailed orientation
• Able to communicate in English fairly
• Age: 25-30 preferably
• Able to commit working on 8-hr rotational shift

Minimum Education:
Diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering, major in Electrical/ Automation/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical

Chúng tôi đang xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất bao bì giấy đóng gói thực phẩm dạng lỏng đầu tiên tại VietNam ứng dụng công nghệ số ( tại Bình Dương ), để phục vụ các nhà sản xuất thực phẩm tại VN và các thị trường ASEAN, Úc và New Zealand.

Nhà máy mới dự kiến có công suất 20 tỉ hộp bao bì mỗi năm và sẽ đi vào hoạt động vào đầu năm 2019.
