What You Will Do
- Reporting Structure: Reporting to Senior Manager
- The Role
• Responsible for project quality and timeline management
• Responsible for Budget and Cost Effectiveness
• Team management and development
- Key Responsibilities
+ Management:
• Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development
• Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership.
• Manage the project budget estimations / cost management
• Negotiation with customers
• Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality.
+ Technical:
• Leads teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized utility programs / network and/or hardware environment that will enhance the organization's/clients’ ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.
• Develop business continuity plan and framework
What You Are Good At
- Experience (Requirement):
• Minimum of 10 working experience years, at least 02 – 03 years at Project Manager
• Experience of project management up to 50 members
• Japanese proficiency and English communication (Speaking & Writing)
• Experience in software outsourcing company, used to work with Japan client and market
• Project Management Timeline
• Project Quality Management
• Manage and build team
- Preferred Qualifications:
• Budget Management
• Business Creation
- Other requirements:
• Travel for business trip (when required)
• Work on-site (when required)
