- Must have at least 2 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales or related field in oil & gas Vietnam
- Strong communication, sales and presentation skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Superb negotiation capabilities
- Must be team oriented and results focus pro-active, independent, flexible, immune to stress
