SP-SSA INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (SSIT) would like to announce that we are currently recruiting CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR for Commercial Department.
PURPOSE
- To actively assist in the management of terminal clients and customers including lines and agents to ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high service standards
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Requires a University degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
- Requires at least five years of customer service experience in transportation or related industry.
- Must have fundamental knowledge of transportation industry, sales methods and practices, trends, and customers.
- Requires superior verbal and written communications skills.
- Requires good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to interact with customers tactfully.
