- Position: HSE Supervisor
- Gross Monthly salary: 33M – 40M
1. Responsibility:
Main responsibility:
· Assist TA HSSE Officer in reviewing of GMC safety document.
· Ensure that the NSRP TA HSSE management plan is implemented during TA execution.
· Provide mentoring and sharing of safety supervision experience/skiIIs/knowledge (hazard identification, risk assessment, safety intervention, etc...) to local members/contractor supervisor.
· To be engaged with Contractor Field and HSSE Supervision as an independent third layer supervisor by conducting site safety inspection, PTW audits, equipment safety inspection and the like to ensure TA GMC activities are complying with the NSRP safety requirements, safety control measures.
· Support GMC in the preparation of Job Safety Analysis and Safe Work Method Statement for their intended work.
· Reports to Area HSE Officer and follow-up the safety findings to ensure the findings are responded/closed in time manner.
· Encourage the GMC employee to work safely.
· Attend required meetings. Follow up on actions and driving of schedule deliverables.
· Support the Area HSSE Officer/TA HSSE Lead in oversight of turn-around means and methods from HSSE point of view
2. Job requirements:
· University Graduated
· Min 5-year experience as HSE Supervisor in Oil Refinery/ Petrochemical Plant or equivalent
· Experience required minimum 5 years in Hazard Identification, Safety Audit, PSSR and Permit to Work (PTW) in Oil Refinery/ Petrochemical Plant
· Exceptional knowledge of the detailed Turnaround principles of the refinery/ petrochemical plant and associated equipment, processes, and systems. Hands on experience in refinery turn around is desired.
· Possess valid mandatory OH&S training certificate issued by the Bureau for Safe Work or licensed OH&S training providers in Vietnam
· Personal skills

Location: Nghi Sơn, Thanh Hoa
Working hours: 8h per day from Mon to Fri, Overtime will be paid on top;
Contract: 3 months and extension based on project schedule
