The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
- Responsible for all daily transactions of Account payables, Cash & Bank.
- Upload payment to meet the deadline.
- Ensure that all transactions are posted to accounting system correctly, accurately & timely.
- Arrange & file accounting documents.
- Prepare Tax report.
- Support in dealing with local authorities (Tax Office, Bank).
- Estimate the cost of the plans of safety - occupational sanitation in total general cost estimates of the labor facilities in the business period.
- Ensure timely delivery, full funding for the safety - occupational sanitation at the labor facility.
- Make settlement of funding for implementing the plan of occupational safety, occupational sanitation in accordance with the provisions of current law.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Other Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year working experience in the same position with multi-national companies.
- Possess strong project management and controllership skills and process orientation.
- High level of energy and commitment towards continual improvement.
- Strong Computing skills in full suite of MS Application.
- Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- High responsibility, due diligence.
