PVD Invest is looking for an employer for Part-Time Production Chemist (employ a part-time Contractor Production Chemist to provide expertise for the Production Operations, Engineering and Exploitation departments).
Duration: Aug - Dec 31st, 2023
Details SOW as below:
1. Exploitation: QC and assurance of the procedure and methodology of the collection of wellhead samples. Ensure that wellhead samples collected are fit for purpose.
2. Production Operations: Assurance of the topside production chemical injection strategy to ensure that it is fit for purpose. Chemical injection to be assured includes:
a. Corrosion inhibition.
b. Oil/water separation.
c. Scale prevention.
3. Exploitation/Production Operations: Support the management of all the chemical contracts within the Vietnam BU.
4. Exploitation/Production Operations: Lead the investigation of all topside flow assurance-related production challenges. Devise and manage the future strategy for mitigation against Productivity Index (PI) impairment.
5. Production Operations: Liaise with offshore laboratory technicians to ensure tests are conducted as required.
6. Exploitation: Relationship management between POVO and external contractors.
