    I. POTITON: GENERAL MANAGER, SALE - ROTATING & PROCESS EQUIPMENTS (After Market + New Sales)

    Report to: Deputy General Director, Sales
    Working Location: mainly in Ho Chi Minh City and other locations based on business request
    Objectives:Be responsible for managing and acchieving the sales targets of whole aftermarket & new sales team for Flow Solution/Rotating & Process Equipments:
    - Flowserver: Pump & Seal
    - John Zink Hamworthy: Flare & Burner
    - Coen Company, Inc: Parts for Boiler Burner Systems
    - Jord: Saparator and Condenser
    - Airpack: Compressor, Dryer, Nitrogen Generator
    - Other products in the Division


    MAIN DUTIES

    1. Make Sales strategy and planning for monthly/quarterly/yearly, then arrange and supervise for implementaion.
    2. Maintain and develop the relationship of existing customers.
    3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
    4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
    5. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team;
    6. Manage costs related to sales activities according to company rules.
    7. Build up, maintain and develop relationship with customers & principals.
    8. Co-ordinate with related departments (Sales support team, Accounting,…) to maximize GP (gross profit) and minimize late delivery or late payment with customers.
    9. Other task within scope of professional ability as per request from Line Manager or BOD.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    10. Age: 35 – 50.
    11. Gender: Male is preferred.
    12. Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
    13. At least 10 years sales experience & at least 05 years experience of sales management position.
    14. Having experience in sales for those industries: Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, EPC, F&B, etc.
    15. Having sales experience for pump or compressor products is the plus.
    16. Proven ability in budgeting and planning for sales.
    17. Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
    18. Strong presentation skills required
    19. Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
    20. Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
    21. Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)


    II. POTITON: SENIOR SALE MANAGER – VALVES (New Sale)
    Report to: General Manager, Sales
    Working Location: mainly in Ho Chi Minh City and other locations based on business
    Objectives: Be responsible for acchieve the bookings of EMERSON’s Valves business, NEW SALES (Control Valves, Isolation Valves Manual Valves, On-Off Valves, Safety relief valve, Pressure regulator valve, automated valve solutions etc..) and building up the Valves Team to meet up with business requirements.

    MAIN DUTIES
    1. Make Sales strategy and planning for monthly/quarterly/yearly, then arrange and supervise for conduct.
    2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
    3. Maintain and develop the relationship of existing customers.
    4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
    5. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team;
    6. Manage costs related to sales activities of the section according to company rules, ensure saving and reasonable.
    7. Understand and manage any jobs of Sales staffs in team to speed-up sales. Responsible for supports or sales directly for difficult / large cases to ensure hit the annual sales target.
    8. Build up, maintain and develop relationship with customers & Principals.
    9. Co-ordinate with related department (Salesman, Sales support team, Accounting,…) to ensure minimize damage arising by late delivery or late payment of customers.
    10. Orients for salesman in team and related departments to ensure the best rate of GP (gross profit) with each order, customer.
    11. Other task within scope of professional ability as per request from Line Manager or BOD.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    12. Age 30 – 40, Gender: Male (preferred)
    13. Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
    14. At least 10 years sales experience & at least 05 years experience of managing sales team.
    15. Having experience in sales for those industries: Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, EPC, F&B, etc. Having sales experience for control valve products is the plus.
    16. At least 03-05 years experience in the flow control industry with the ability to understand valve and actuation applications or related level of understanding of fluid mechanics and electro-mechanical equipment
    17. Proven ability in budgeting and planning for sales.
    18. Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
    19. Strong presentation skills required
    20. Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
    21. Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
    22. Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
