Looking for a Project Control Engineer to work for an Petrochemical project.
Working location: in Thailand for the first 12 months then will move to Vietnam.
The candidates should have competencies and experiences in PMC roles and act on behalf of Client to handle the project control function among the multiples EPC contractors at the complex.

The candidates should have competencies and experiences in PMC roles and act on behalf of Client to handle the project control function among the multiples EPC contractors at the complex.
The key experiences to include:
- Developing comprehensive approach/methodology/procedures of project control to monitor, control and ensure EPC contractors perform the work and meet project schedule, quality, and comply with requirements as per contract.
- Identifying the data/information required for project status monitoring, analysis and reporting.
- Using the required information to do analysis for the status of project.
- Defining or developing the key performance indicators (leading and lagging indicator) to represent the project status and trend for risk analysis and mitigation establishment.
- Handling the project information for efficiency and effectiveness of project status analysis, communication among project team and stakeholders, reporting as well as decision making.
- Coordinating and supporting on change management record of project.
- Coordinating and supporting relevant parties to resolve conflict to reach the resolution consideration in the best interest to the project.
- Coordinating, updating, monitoring and controlling project turnover process.
- Other work scope assigned by the project control manager.”
