1. SALES ENGINEER – Electrical & Instrumentation

What Will You Do:
- The Sales Engineer (Productivity Improvement Engineer) to be based in Vung Tau is responsible for onsite technical support, Electrical & Instrumentation products consultancy as well as promoting new products & creating new business for the Activia Engineering Mechanical, Marine Division.

- Key performance areas:
+ Provide a broad range of sales, customer service and technical support to the customers with the aim to improve their productivity level.
+ Handle sales and technical enquiries from customers, assist them to offer productive solution.
+ Forecast and understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable technological solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
+ Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
+ Maintain existing customer base and develop new ones with the aim to achieve sales targets.
+ Preparing reports to Management.
+ Others task is assigned by Management.

What You Are Good At:
- At least 2 to 5 years’ of technical sales experience preferably with knowledge of Electrical & Instruemtation.
- Must be computer literate and have good communication, interpersonal, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to converse in English.
- Applicants must possess own car/motor bike.
- Ability to travel upon request.

2. SALES SUPPORT CUM ADMINISTRATOR

What We Can Offer:
- 13th Salary
- Medical Insurrance.
- Annual Leave: practice is start from 7 days for the 1st year after complete of 12 month service and additional 1 more day for the following year up to maximum of 14 days in the 8 years.
You Should be Best At:
- Sales Admin.
- Administration
- Receptionist.

What You Will Do:
- Tele Marketing Activities.
- To support Sales Manager for preparing quotation, purchase order (P/O), Sales Contract with customers and following up shipping schedule.
- To coordinate with Singapore office for processing inside activities.
- To assist Sales Manager to work with customers to arrange delivery cargo.
- In charge of hotline, receive calls from customers and forward information to Sales Manager.
- Some other Admin Jobs: To arrange local transportation when necessary, to book air tickets/accommodation, to take care of the maintenance of office furniture, to order stationeries, printing ink, to make a Tea/Coffee for visitors and The Management, Documents control…
- Undertake other tasks and when assigned by Sales Manager.
- To report monthly to Management.

What You Are Good At:
- 2 years of experience with this position.
- Diploma in Business or Trading Field.
- Good Computer & Typing Skills ( Word, Excel…)
- Must be able to communicate with English in writing, reading, listening and speaking.
- Mature, self- motivated with positive attitude and willing to learn new things.
