Namconson Pipeline Co. (NCSP) seeks to fill in the position of PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER for Vietnamese Nationals, working in Ba Ria, Vung Tau. Individuals with the qualified credentials and high degree of motivation are welcomed to apply.

Process Safety Engineer

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Be accountable for integrity management and assurance to NCSP that FIMS (Facilities Integrity Management Scheme), PIMS (Pipelines Integrity Management Scheme), and SIMS (Structures Integrity Management Scheme) are being effectively applied. Provide support and guidance to the NCSP engineering teams to ensure complete undertaking of Key Assurance Processes and Safety Critical Maintenance referred in the FIMS, PIMS and SIMS documents.
• Provide first line technical assurance and communication via integrity status reports and PS KPIs to NCSP Management.
• Prepare long term integrity management plans including annual PSM Audit by IVB (Independent Verification Body) and yearly S&O (Safety & Operations) workshop for NCSP.
• Provide the linkage with Technical networks (at country, regional and global levels) to share best practices and Technical Development Program.
• Coordinate engineering work across disciplines to provide integrated solutions to technical issues impacting plant integrity, reliability and availability. Resolve conflicts in implementation. Ensure all work procedures incorporating into Integrity Management and other engineering standards.
• Manage the Asset Integrity Management contracts and deliverables.
• Manage the MoC (Management of Change) process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Educational background: University degree with major in technical will be a privilege.
2. Experience: Hands-on experience in operation at manufacturer/plant sites. At least 3 years working experience at site in Oil and Gas industry. Knowledge/experience in Process Safety Management is preferable

Nam Con Son Pipeline Co. (NCSP) is a regional Gas transportation system of high national importance.

NCSP was established by Petro Vietnam and foreign partners to contribute the capital investment in the form of business cooperation contract which includes Petro Vietnam, BP Vietnam and ConocoPhillips Vietnam in 2001.

In 2008, Petro Vietnam Gas received successfully the business executive authority of Nam Con Son Pipeline contract. Since then, PV Gas is authorized to represent the operation and established Nam Con Son Pipeline Co. to directly perform the daily operation of the system.
