DURATION: 2 Years for Foreign Expert

► ►►If you have:
- Min 15 years of training development and implementation experiences in Oil Refining / Petrochemical fields
- Professional experiences of working for international company and/or training project in Refinery
- Experience in designing, developing and implanting the following: Competency assurance planning; Competency assurance strategies and Individual Training Development Plans
- High knowledge and professional skills of business operations in the field of Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry
- Excellent English Skills
