PVTrans OilField Services is a professional provider of maritime transportation and services to the oil and gas industry in Viet Nam and abroad (FSO/FPSO, O&M...). We are now looking for professional individuals to join our team as follows:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:
This position reports to OIM. A very high value on safety culture and performance in order to ensure sustainable strong HSE performance is a top priority. Excellent teamwork and communication skills will continue to drive the operation-s future success.
Specific Accountabilities:
· Ensure safe and efficient production operations in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
· Meet production volume targets within the required specification. Accurate
production metering and reporting. Ownership of losses and corrective actions.
· Implementation, monitoring and auditing of control of work processes (permit to work, isolations, overrides and inhibits, LO/LC etc.)
· Area authority for all CPP and WHP wells, production and utility systems.
· Ensure the management of change process is strictly followed.
· Ensure chemical injection targets met, adequate chemical stock management and tracking of both onshore and offshore lab analysis.
· Carry out area inspection activities and follow-up of recommendations.
· Assign qualified personnel in production department to fulfil emergency response duty as appointed by OIM.
· Lead production department to achieve operational readiness deliverables during project phase
· Focal point for development of the Start Up Manual through to its implementation.
· Ensure production department integrated with commissioning activities, start up and handover of assigned systems.
Minimum Competencies:
• University degree, Major in Oil and Gas is preferred.
• 8 years related experience in the oil/petrochemical industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory position. (Minimum 2 years).
• Working knowledge of well management, gas systems – condensate, dehydration, compression.
• Working knowledge of separation, produced water and utility systems.
• Working knowledge of Distributed Control Systems and computerized control/ safety systems.
• Working knowledge of control of work processes at area authority level.
• Familiar with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Proven planning and cost management awareness.
• Experience with personnel training and competence assurance. Preferential L&D9di -A1/A2 – D32/33 competency assessor accreditation.
• Working knowledge of all Company policies and procedures as well as industry and regulatory codes relating to the function.
• Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
• Leadership and teamwork skills/behaviors.
• Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).
• Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
• Familiar with quality processes.
• Demonstrated command and crisis-management capability.
• Proficient in English both written and oral.
Salary: Competitive
Working location: Onshore Vung Tau then moving to offshore work in Q2 2020
