Build and manage Accommodation teams of up to 100 workers or contractors responsible for all accommodation-related activities.
Develop the skills of workers and Team Leaders.
Planning & Execution:
Achieve HSE, quality, planning, milestone, and budget targets while effectively managing the challenges of vessel-based work.
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and with optimal utilization of materials and labor.
Material Management:
Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), manage consumables, and track all tools used in accommodation activities.
Quality Control:
Ensure all work performed meets the required quality standards.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and other Production Departments to achieve project goals and contribute to the company’s success.
Process Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of processes related to accommodation outfitting.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Naval, Marine, or General Engineering.
- Experience:
- Experience in high-standard accommodation works (e.g., 4-star hotels, resorts).
- Experience in carpentry (woodwork, light panels, furniture fabrication).
- Experience in floor installation (vinyl, tiling, carpets).
- Experience in insulation (rockwool & cladding).
- Experience in ventilation work and air-conditioning systems.

- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong people and work management skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and AutoCAD.
