JOB DESCRIPTION
Location/Nơi làm việc: Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu
Reports to: Furniture and Fit-out Manager
Direct Reports/Nhân viên cấp dưới trực tiếp: Furniture and Fit-out Superintendent
Key Relationships/Các mối quan hệ chính :
Internal/ Nội bộ: Worker, Supervisor, Engineer, Superintendent, Line Departments.
External/ Bên ngoài: Class Society Surveyors, Contracting Tradespersons, subcontractors
Position Purpose/ Mục đích chức danh công việc
Generally controlling for Carpentry and Fitout works on vessels in production at the yard. Able to work efficiently, meet targets, monitor safety and follow instructions. Complete task’s in time given with high quality workmanship. To coordinate activities in multiple areas.
B/ Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities/ Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ chính
The employee shall have the following responsibilities and accountabilities:
Task Management
• Set objectives, allocate work groups, set up and supervise multiple work areas.
• Maintain the required level of quality.
• To plan and execute work schedules & provide input for Project Planning.
• Create and maintain a culture of continual improvement in workmanship, safety performance and awareness across teams & work areas.
• Actively manage and reduce waste wherever possible, including rework.
• Liaise with yard charge hands and subcontractors to create a good flow of production and avoid rework
• To control and adhere to working budgets set by management

• Experience in light weight marine outfitting and cabinet construction
• Supervisory experience in the manufacture and installation of marine carpentry
• Minimum 7 years in marine outfitting
• Current trade certificate
• Able to read and interpret drawing
