Yêu cầu:
+ Đối với vị trí 01:

• Able to communicate in Chinese, Vietnamese, English,

• Willing to station at the project site office and marine vessel,
• Arrange the transport and accommodation for staffs and workers,
• Assists to prepare the Purchase Requisition (NAV), petty cash claims, etc.
• Provide general administrative support & data entry,
• Attend the vendor/client meeting with the staffs if necessary,
• Liaise with operation staffs for dispatch of documents,
• Assist in others ad-hoc works assignment when required such as follow the workers/staffs to the market to purchase grocery.

+ Đối với vị trí 02:

• Prepare daily and monthly progress report,
• Prepare the method statement and risk assessment for the executed works,
• Prepare the pile driven report and summary record of pile driven,
• Coordinate with client and others contractor with related any site constructability issues, etc.
• Attend client and vendor meeting (Progress meeting, safety meeting, etc)
• Able to study the engineering drawings and requirement of the works,
• Liaise with the sub-contractor on design/drawing revision and other technical matters,
• Control the quality and workmanship of the work process,
• Coordinate and conduct the pile inspection work activity with client,
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese, Vietnamese.

• Ensure compliance of operations with workplace safety and health regulations and statutory requirements,
• Monitor and maintain appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the workplace health and safety acts,
• Enforces all safety requirement and in-house safety rule and regulations,
• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions,
• Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection,
• Attend safety meeting conducted by clients,
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese, Vietnamese,
• Willing to station at project site office and marine vessels.
