Recruitment:
- Prepare Job description, Job advertising per BU request;
- Post Job advertising internally and externally;
- Collect and screen CVs;
- Arrange interview schedule;
- Participate in interview’s panel;
- Prepare Employment Offer and on – boarding package
- Implement “Welcome on board” (induction training)
- Work closely with Head of Department to identify performance gaps and implement training solutions to maximize performance.
- Analyze, forecast and prepare budgets related training.
- Implement and follow up Succession Planning Program and Individual Development Plan as the key to retain, reward and manage talents.
- As a key contact for Global training delivery: update results, chasing for completion….
- Update and revised company policies to ensure they do not conflict with Vietnamese law
- Update Organization Chart
- All administrative responsibilities (Air ticket and hotel booking, business trip, visa…).
- Car rental
- IT support for employees
- Mooncakes, vouchers, health check...preparation
- Payroll calculation, payroll and accruals booking;
- Prepare pay slip for employees;
- Input data for Payroll system
- Personal Income tax calculation monthly and finalization annually
- Make annual business plan
- Prepare severance document package, accurate final monies calculation;
- Insurance benefits: administer the insurance for all staffs; Coordinate with Hanoi & Haiphong Insurance Dept. and Health insurance broker/insurer regarding payments , reconciliations, insurance compensations on time;
- Handle private health insurance claims of employees, check dossiers, closely work with insurer and follow up until completion.
- Coordinate to resolve any issues related to payroll if any.
- Update Workday system (Global HRM system) in case having any changes;
- Request Global ID for new - hire employees;
- Manage Time off nationwide;
- Ensure HR Information System with high level of sufficiency and correctness
- Produce accurate HR reports;
- Realize/Support /Coordinate HR PMP process during a year: goal setting, mid-year review, end of year review, performance rating…
- Renew Labor Contracts and annexes in timely manner;
- Record leaves for employees who have no access to email/internet then key in Workday system.
- Update Organization Chart
- Other duties upon on request.
- Preferably minimum 3 years working experiences in HR
- Good command in ENGLISH both writing and speaking skill.
- Self-motivate, outgoing personnel.
- Maintain professionalism in dealing with employees/Managers/providers….
