Contract Duration: 1 year+
Location: Offshore/Office in Vietnam
Report to: Deputy Director (Technical and operation)
Positions line reporting to this role: Mechanical Engineers
1. KEY OBJECTIVES:
Being responsible to provide advanced tool and techniques to establish inventory management policies in order to achieve cost minimization and inventory optimization for operation & maintenance all equipment on board FPSO/FSO.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect the complete list of all equipment with corresponding engineering documents e.g. equipment list, etc., engineering drawings; P&ID drawing, single line diagram,etc in order to build the functional breakdown structure for which maintenance and inspection will be required. This includes to develop asset register and master equipment list.
- To perform criticality assessment study with reference to Risk Assessment Matrix in order to define the criticality levels of all equipment/maintainable items. The deliverables will be criticality assessment and RCM study report and criticality ranking of analyzed equipments that is then uploaded into master equipment list.
- To prepare the critical spare part list and set the Min/Max system for better determination of minimum and maximum inventory to be stored for maintenance.
- Evaluating the role of safety stock and service level in supply chain and inventory management.
- Identify and adminstering the vendor/supplier managed inventory
- Carry out inventory optimization by using advanced and effective inventory management software and analytics.
- To prepare Maintenance Master Plan including Operator inspection and Conditioning Monitoring technology; RB I for inspection; corrosion management and route for each equipment, packages and/or maintainable item using stated sources of data.
- Liaison with relevant department and Maker/vendors to provide technical support relating to O&M the equipment;
- Participating in audit team either periodical or unscheduled audit subject to Director Request.
- Provide training for planning engineer and offshore crew
- Participate in new project subject to Director Request.
3. HSE ROLES
- Be aware of and uphold company policy regarding “Health, Safety and Environment” and “Environmental Protection Policy”.
- Being responsible for their own safety and health, and that of others in the workplace, and for understanding their contribution towards the safety of themselves and others
- Immediately reporting to management all incidents, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions or practices that may occur in the workplace.
- Using all personal and other protective equipment provided where appropriate.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES (pls note these criteria are mandatory):
- Having at least 20 years in design, operation and maintenance of equipment in Oil&Gas platform/FPSO/plant or refinery.
Having experience in troubleshooting MER equipment.
- Being knowledgeable of relevant international codes & standards, statutory requirements and other applicable guideline and requirement including but not limited to following:
+ ISO14224 Petroleum Petrochemical and Natural gas industries-Collect and exchange of reliability and maintenance data for equipment.
+ SAE JA1011Evaluation Critical for Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
+ SAE JA1012 A Guideline to the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) standard
+ Offshore Reliability Data (OREDA).
+ API standars.
- Having attended international training of relating equipment/system and being credited by international third party/association.
- Leadership and coaching skill
- Demonstrated knowledge of HSE Policy would be preferable
