1. Qualification:

• Certificate of Competency of STCW Deck Officer II/1 or equivalent with Oil Tanker Endorsement.
• GMDSS Operators Certificate.

Other STCW document/certificates of Proficiency such as Advanced Fire Fighting, Medical First Aid & Medical Care, Proficiency in Survival craft, rescue boat & Fast rescue boat

2. Experience

• Detailed knowledge of tanker operations including crude oil washing, inert gas systems and marine safety systems.
• Operating experience on an FPSO/FSO or similar facility.
• Experience with Safety Management system, Facility Management systems and Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems.
• Experience in berthing and unberthing large vessels at offshore moorings

3. Other requirements

• Strong personal and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working with multicultural workforce is preferred.
• Marine English and IELTS 5.0 or equivalent

Good health and be able to travel either by helicopter or supply boat
