NAMCONSON PIPELINE CO. (NCSP) is seeking to fill in the position of HSSE ADVISOR (Firefighting & Emergency Response) for Vietnamese Nationals, working in Ba Ria, Vung Tau. Individuals with the qualified credentials and high degree of motivation are welcomed to apply.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be a technical person in charge of the firefighting system through managing Planned Maintenance Routine (PMR) programme, modifications (FCP) and operations at NCSP sites.
• Coordinate with the operation team to manage the firefighting service vendor to conduct the daily maintenance activities, a periodical fire drill exercises.
• Work with local police departments and authorities to design and organize a firefighting exercise and trainings in complying with the local legal requirements.
• Review and update the Incident Management Plan (IMP) including Oil/Chemical Spill Response Plan and conduct weekly Duty Incident Manager (DIM) handover and periodical table top exercises per IMP required.
• Develop the plan and monthly conduct the firefighting practice/emergency rescue tools for Emergency Response Team (ERT) and relevant Contractors.
• Be a single person in charge of reviewing and updating the NCSP firefighting systems/processes to be in compliance with the Vietnam legal requirements.

• Good understanding of hazards associated with Operation Activities and control measures being applied.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educational background: University degree, major in Firefighting or HSSE or technical will be a privilege
- Experience: At least 3 years working experience in firefighting at site in Oil and Gas industry
- Other requirements : Having a passion for Fire Fighting area
