NSRP is hiring Legal Advisory working in Thanh Hoa with attractive salary 30 MIL -40 MIL VND
- Minimum 5 years of experiences, of which at least 3 years working as a
- lawyer in an international law-firm(s) or in-house counsel for a multinational company(ies)
- Strong experience in corporate matters, commercial contracts and
- procurement, intellectual properties, labor and employment, compliance and dispute resolution
- Experiences in M&A, cross-border transactions, arbitration and other
- methods of dispute resolution is advantage
- Strong experiences in oil and gas industry, especially downstream, or
- petrochemicals is advantage
- Practical and operational-oriented
- Able to work both independently as a team member under high pressure
- environment
- Good communication and presentation skills. Able to deliver the message to various target audience
- Strong negotiation and organization skills
- Strong project management skills
- English skills IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 (preferably above). Fluent in English,
- both in writing and communicating
