Phu Quoc Petroleum Operating Company (PQPOC) is the Operator for Blocks B & 48/95 & 52/97 Offshore Vietnam. The first phase of the field development includes one CPP, one Living Quarter, four Wellhead/Hub Platforms, Infield’s Pipelines and one FSO for condensate storage.

JOB PURPOSE:

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In EPCI & Drilling Execution Phase:
- Participate in the review of Detailed Engineering related to Operation. Ensure detailed engineering designs are complied with PVN Operation Regulation requirements.
- Provide inputs relating to Operation per request from Project Team and Drilling & Completion Team
- Participate and support to monitor equipment testing, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
Lead to set up:
- Operation management system including operation and maintenance database, reporting system to support operation and maintenance period
- Operation Manuals
- Spare part management system
- Maintenance management system
- Training plan and execute the plan
- In Transition Phase from Project to Operation:
- Coordinate with Project Management Team & Drilling& Completion to prepare and
- support monitoring Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities
- Lead to receive systems handover from Drilling & Completion and Project Team

Qualification & Experiences:
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- At least 15 years experience in operation of Oil and Gas facilities (both onshore and
- offshore) with the role of operation management directly at the field(s) and from headquarter(s).
- Experience in establishing operation and maintenance management system, policies and procedures for operation
- Experience in direct operation & management at least 01 Large Central Processing Platform in 3-5 years
- Management skill, leadership skill
- Graduate from university, specialized in Oil and Gas Production
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
