1. Production technician
- Operate on site production and process system under control from Control Room Operator and
- Senior Production Technician safely in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
- Report all accidents, near misses and hazardous conditions and system breakdown.
- “Hands on” control for all production process and utility systems.
- Routine inspection of all related pressure systems and rotating equipment.
- Carry out measurement of process variables, production figures at site as scheduled set by
- Operations Supervisor or Snr Production technician and records for daily logbook.
- Observe and monitor directly process operating at site and report any abnormal condition to CCRO
- for effective and safe supports.
- Able to read and understand P&ID, Cause & Effect Diagram.
- Follow all control of work processes on a daily basis. (i.e. permit to work, lockout, tag out).
- Monitor, control, and perform 1st line maintenance on production process systems.
- Perform all routine housekeeping duties in work area.
- Adhere to CPP/Department standing instruction all the time.
- Responsible for daily log sheet reading and report immediately to Senior Production Technician for
- any abnormal parameters.
- Following (weekly, monthly etc.) and coordinate with Control Room Operator and Senior Production
- Technician to implement all activities as scheduled. Using Tracking Tools available.
- Actively participate in Housekeeping/ Cleaning campaign set up by Senior Production Technician or
- Operations Supervisor.
- Actively participate in Safety awareness improvement campaign.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Senior Production Technician.
- Progress competency assessment as per Personal Assessment Record (PAR) in Casys
- 3-5 years’ experience in Critical Care Doctor (ER/ICU/CCU)
- Offshore/Remote Doctor Program Certification
- General nursing experience
- Current First Aid/CPR Instructor’s Certification
- 3 years - experience in marine or deck crew work, preferably in oil and gas industry.
- Graduated College of Maritime - Ship Navigation.
- Can drive workboat & skipper
- Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to environmental, health and safety issues.
- Teamwork skills / behaviours which support a team based organization.
- Ability to understand and react with diverse offshore / onshore groups and operations
- University graduated in technical engineering or relevant.
- Have a sufficient level of education and training in their field of work, in addition to work experience as a technician. Hold a high level of computer and IT skills.
- Have knowledge and understanding of change management.
- Have knowledge and understanding of risk management.
- Proficient in English both written and oral.
- Effective communication skills both oral and verbal.
- Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to environmental, health and safety issues.
- Teamwork skills and behavior that support a team based organization.
- Be very organized, structured and able to appreciate time management
