- Make sure that all safety rules in and around the workshop are being followed at all times.
- Managing the workshop personnel
- Control daily progress on the project
- Make sure that projects are following time schedules and if not take appropriate actions to get them back on schedule.
- At all times have a good eye for quality and make sure that everything is being done according to PVDI quality demands.
- Check timesheets to make sure that all worked hours are being assigned to the correct projects.
- Make sure that all Sub Contactors working at PVDI Base are following PVDI’s safety standards, and perform their job at the quality level required by PVDI.
- Make sure all Sub Contractors are introduced to PVDI’s Safety police.
- Control of ongoing jobs in workshop, according to drawings and standards.
- Assist in QC control of ongoing jobs in workshop.
- Control and always improve the daily housekeeping in the workshop.
- Teach the workshop personnel to work “smart” and by doing this, obtaining the goal PVDI have to use less hours on the project.
