PVD TRAINING HIRING - WELL SERVICES FIELD MANAGER
Location: Vietnam (Offshore / Field-based)
Experience: Minimum 15+ years in well intervention/workover, including at least 5+ years as Field Manager / Wellsite Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage well services execution across multiple wells and platforms (Slickline, E-line, CTU, stimulation, well testing, logging, zonal isolation, and P&A).
- Coordinate with OIM, Production Operations, and shore base teams to ensure platform readiness, resource availability, and seamless campaign execution.
- Enforce well integrity policies, barrier management standards, and pressure control procedures across all well site operations.
- Coach and supervise Well Services Supervisors and offshore field crews.
- Monitor operational performance, track Non-Productive Time (NPT), and direct response efforts during operational or well-control contingencies.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong technical background in pressure control equipment, completion design, and well intervention techniques.
- Solid competencies in MOC, RA review, and campaign schedule optimization.
Required Certifications:
- IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention or IADC Supervisor Level
- Valid Offshore Survival (T-BOSIET / BOSIET / FOET / HUET)
- H2S Certification
- Fluent in English with a strong commitment to safety culture, teamwork, and operational discipline.
