PVTrans Oilfield Service is searching for ICSS Engineer to join our team for Sao Vang – Dai Nguyet Project.
Accountabilities:
• Working under Maintenance Supervisor in implementing of the control logic of the DCS/SCADA/PLC system. Provide support to offshore E&I group if needed.
• Technical integrity of all control system software operating in Facilities
• Responsible to maintain the DCS/SCADA/PLC system in good condition.
• Set proper schedules for maintenance system as per Maker’s recommendation.
• Execute on DCS/SCADA/PLC software changes, troubleshooting of logic as well as the modification of logic and graphic displays to correct problems and/or make operational improvement under appropriate management of change.
• Monitor DCS/SCADA equipment performance to forecast possible equipment failures and recover system integrity. Advise on the system changes.
• Maintain DCS/SCADA/PLC system database and documentation of any changes to DCS/SCADA/PLC system.
• Control access to DCS/SCADA/PLC equipment and software.
• Safe storage and control of all software licenses, applications, dongles, and hardware.
• Develop and implement documents required for software management of change, application of forces, overrides and inhibits and access to the system.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor to re-order spare parts as per Required Spare Parts List (RSPL) to maintain DCS/SCADA system reliability.
• Optimization of system performance by tuning.
Minimum Competencies:
• Degree qualified, major in instrumentation and control system, electrical engineering or computer science is preferred.
• Significant experience (min 5 years) in software. Knowledge of Yokogawa ICSS would be an advantage.
• Self-motivating and capable of working independently with minimal supervision to deliver the required results.
• Experience in programming of DCS/SCADA/PLC systems, upgrades and/or system maintenance.
• Experience and knowledge of Hydrocarbon processing control system and utilities is preferable.
• Good communication skills and a good command of English.
• Working knowledge of information technology including Window Operating System, Visual basic programming and IT network is a plus.

Working location: Onshore - Vung Tau then moving to offshore work in Q2 - 2020
