PVTrans OFS – Job vacancies (MEDIC – CAMP BOSS – PTW COORDINATOR – DECK FOREMAN – PLANNER)

PVTrans OilField Services is a professional provider of maritime transportation and services to the oil and gas industry in Viet Nam and abroad (FSO/FPSO, O&M...). We are currently looking for suitable candidates to join our Sao Vang - Dai Nguyet project as follows:

1- Permit To Work Coordinator

• Has engineering background, university graduate (preferred)
• 3 years - experience as PTW Coordinator or similar position.
• Experienced in implementing and operating integrated Safe Systems of Work. offshore and project phase.
• Have knowledge of hydrocarbon processing and has had exposure / experience on oil and gas offshore installations before
• Fully familiar with safety systems of work (PTW), hot work activities, gas testing, confined space entry work, monitoring of activities during plant shutdowns and refurbishment of major equipment.
• Have a broad understanding of offshore hydrocarbon processes.
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Have a good working knowledge of recent Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

2- Camp Boss

• Professionally qualified Chef with 3 – 5 years leadership experience in remote food and housekeeping service operation.
• 5 years’ experience in food preparation and housekeeping provision for offshore/remote sites.
• Ability to plan, schedule staff and monitor staff performance.
• Proven planning and cost management skills.
• Skilled in the preparation, production and service of meals.
• Knowledge of regulatory and food and housekeeping industry codes and standards
• Leadership and teamwork skills/behaviors which support team based organization

3- Planner

• University graduated in technical engineering or relevant.
• Have knowledge and basic understanding of oil and gas production and processing.
• Have a sufficient level of education and training in their field of work, in addition to work experience as a technician.
• Hold a high level of computer and IT skills.
• Proficient in using of Microsoft Offices Software, Word, Excel, Power Point and especially Microsoft Project.
• Have knowledge and understanding of change management.
• Have knowledge and understanding of risk management.
• Proficient in English both written and oral.
• Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to environmental, health and safety issues.

4- Deck Foreman

• Be advantageous to be Trained / hold a valid Certificate for lifeboat coxswain or equivalent
• 3-5 year’s - experience in Deck foreman position.
• At least 5 years experience in offshore crane operations with recognized certificate in engine driven hydraulic cranes.
• Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
• Leadership and teamwork skills/ behaviours.
• Demonstrated crisis-management capability
• Have experience of working using a Permit To Work Systems.

5- Medic

• 3-5 years’ experience in Critical Care Doctor (ER/ICU/CCU)
• Offshore/Remote Doctor Program Certification
• General nursing experience
• Current First Aid/CPR Instructor’s Certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which expects the highest level of customer service, moral and ethical behaviours.
• Good skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
