1- Offshore Maintenance Planner (Sao Vang - Dai Nguyet project)
Specific Accountabilities
- Is responsible for delivering accurate and robust planning schedules using Primavera.
- Will be a “Super-user” of the Company CMMS System.
- Works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the CMMS planned schedules are factored into the 90 day, 28 day and 7 day planning.
- During the early contract phase will work closely with Projects Planners to ensure milestones and deliverable targets are visible in the plan.
- Co-ordinate and produce project plans and associated documents (“S” curves, Histograms, Tabulated man hour/progress data).
- Ensure all planning work is carried out in compliance with Company & Client specific procedures.
- Ability to develop and maintain the operations plan and partake in the daily/weekly planning meeting with related departments.
- Provide detailed progress of key campaigns on CPP such as maintenance shutdown, renovation etc…
- Participate in the identification of the changes to original scopes of work & provide schedule impact information as required to support the creation of change requests.
- Ensures that the operations priorities are clearly communicated to management, head of departments and other functions within the organization.
- Review and integrate other department schedules to ensure compliance with operations requirements.
- Prepare monthly PM and CM job schedules, review with offshore supervisors and amend schedules as required.
- Will place particular focus on CSE maintenance routines to ensure they remain a priority at all times even if this requires deferment of routine maintenance tasks that are not SCE’s.
- Will maintain accurate records for the OIM and management team of current status within each month as to progress completion of SCE activities.
- Will ensure any requirements for spare parts or logistics support for SCE maintenance activities are flagged in good time to ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Will be the focal point for planning of all (Annual) Shutdown activities or any other abnormal maintenance campaign as may be required in support of operations.
- Have knowledge and basic understanding of oil and gas production and processing.
- Hold a high level of computer and IT skills.
- Proficient in using of Microsoft Offices Software, Word, Excel, Power Point and especially Microsoft Project. Including Primavera.
- Have knowledge and understanding of change management.
- Have knowledge and understanding of risk management.
- Proficient in English both written and oral.
2- Lead Instrument Technician (Sao Vang - Dai Nguyet project)
Minimum Competencies
- Technical or Academic Qualification in process instrumentations/electrical.
- Experience (5 years) in electrical & instrument works on oil & gas industrial.
- Competent to carry out isolations as required by the PTW system.
- Ability to work in a lead technical capacity as part of a small multi- discipline team and to motivate personnel.
- Ability to effectively communicate information at all levels within the offshore and onshore organization.
- Good knowledge of instrument / control maintenance methods and equipment.
- Good knowledge and experience of PLC, Emergency Control Systems, Fire & Gas and Distributed Control Systems. Emphasis on computer / software equipment.
- Experiences on gas turbines, and gas compression operations and controls are advantages.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal.
Minimum Competencies
- University graduate (preferred) and 3 years related experience in an industrial environment (preferably in the offshore or petrochemical / refinery industry).
- Working knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to material handling.
- Recognized Training in handling of Dangerous Goods
- Experienced with computerized materials management systems.
- Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
- Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).
- Teamwork skills / behaviours which support a team based organization.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
Specific Accountabilities
- Report all accidents, near misses and hazardous conditions.
- “Hands on” control for all production process and utility systems.
- Routine inspection of all related pressure systems and rotating equipment.
- Follow all control of work processes on a daily basis. (ie: permit to work, lockout, tag out).
- Monitor, control, and perform 1st line maintenance on production process systems.
- Monitor and control of flow lines, and risers according to established procedures.
- Provide operational support to emergency teams during upset and emergency conditions.
- Maintain daily unit operating logbook for shift records.
- Perform all routine housekeeping duties in work area.
- Adhere to FPSO/Department standing instruction all the time.
- Responsible for daily log sheet reading, report to Lead PO for any abnormal parameters.
- Following (weekly, monthly ect…) and coordinate with PCRO and Lead PO to implement all activities as scheduled. Using Tracking Tools available.
- Actively participate in Housekeeping/ Cleaning / Chipping & Painting campaign set up by Lead PO or Production Sup.
- High School diploma and Technologist or Industry Certification.
- 2 years related experience in the oil/petrochemical industry.
- Working knowledge of process separation, compression, utility.
- Thorough understanding of related production equipment and systems on the installation.
- Familiar with computerized maintenance management systems.
- Ability and willingness train/rotate through all operating units and CCR on a regular basis.
- Willingness to train and develop in cross-functional areas of FPSO operations.
- Proficient in English both written and oral.
