Key Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection and Coordination:
Take internal inspection with production to ensure systems are following approved drawings and/ or standards;
Co-ordinate with Project Lead QC and related departments to address comments;
Work with the Classification Society, Ship Owner to clear comments/ punches;
Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections to identify non-conformities.
Reporting:
Report directly to Quality Manager all issues concerning the project in charge.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in naval, marine or general engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience;
Understanding the Machinery, Piping, Outfitting installation standards and testing, etc;
Understanding the shipbuilding technology;
Understanding the National and International Rules, Regulations of Classification Societies and Authorities in shipbuilding;
Strong technical knowledge in Pipe systems and Machinery.
Skills & Competencies:
English written and spoken are mandatory;
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
