Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Planning & Job Advertising:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
Design and publish job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Sourcing & Screening:
Source qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., databases, professional networks, referrals).
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to shortlist potential candidates.
Interview Coordination & Selection Support:
Arrange interview schedules for hiring teams.
Conduct reference checks and handle background screening processes (where applicable).
Pre-employment & Onboarding Process:
Arrange pre-employment health checks and onboarding activities for new employees.
Coordinate new hire participation in Orientation Training Programs.
Candidate Relationship & Talent Pipeline:
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Other Duties:
Make payment to sub-contractors.
Other duties assigned by HR Advisor – Recruitment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR Database/ Software.
Knowledge of digital recruitment platforms and social media.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and high level of integrity.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
