Technical Support and Maintenance:
Technical support and remote assistance worldwide towards internal and external customers.
Service, maintenance, and upgrades on Seaonics existing install base.
Technical support on existing systems in operation.
Annual inspections on existing systems in operation.
System Implementation and Commissioning:
Commissioning of new systems globally.
Customer relations:
Inhouse technical support towards internal and external customers.
Customer relations and close customer contact.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Previous experience in maritime activities or control systems and drives is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Passion for technical solutions and continuous learning.
Service- and solution-oriented mindset for increased customer satisfaction.
High focus on quality and continuous improvement.
