PROJECT ENGINEER – Vietnamese people (1 position)
Job Description:
- Prepared, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering.
- Follow up assigned projects from start to delivery and also follow up quality in production.
- Do inspection work in workshop to ensure quality of steelwork, welding and dimensions are according to requirements and report to PM.
- Interact with Clients and suppliers on a daily basis
- Manage the project resource plan, project issues, risk and actions
- Design performance tests and conduct them on projects to assure quality
- Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the Clients for review and approval
- Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at factory site.
- Manage compliance, quality control and quality assurance standards and specification such as ASME, ISO
- Strong working knowledge of design software including AutoCAD and Inventor
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
- 5 years related field and project planning experience
- Ensure that your own training requirements are identified and systematically met in accordance with the company’s training policy and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, within a team and in a deverse workforce
- Strong knowledge and understanding of steel work and welding field.
- Knowledge of pressure vessel calculation and production according to EN standard and ASME would be a plus. We are using the software VVD (Visual Vessel Design ).
- Proactive problem solver
- Experience from mechanical production follow up and inspection work.
- Good in English (4 skills)
- All office equipments (Desktop, Laptop…)
- Time working: working in dayshift, and overtime if requirements.
- Supporting from all staffs / Depts. / Engineering Manager
- Working time: 08:00 to 17:00
