Who is responsible for:
- Managing sales team and achieving the sales targets and other objectives of aftermarket team;
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with potential and existing Customers and TTE’s Suppliers/Principals;
- Responsible for leading sales team and related departments to achieve possibly highest GP (gross profit) for each job;
- Attend and represent the TTE’s business at products and services at conferences, seminars and any needed meeting upon business request.
- Play leadership role to help and guide the sales team or do direct selling for difficult and/or big jobs to meet/ exceed annual sales target for the team.
- Responsible for development of the training plan in yearly, if any.
- Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Line Manager or BOD.
For this challenging position we are looking for a colleague with:
- Have good sales technical skill
- Have good leadership / management skill
- Have good experience in Oil& Gas segment (both down & up stream)
- Have experience in Power& Fertilizer segment (advantage)
- Have knowledge about rotating equipment
- Have good attitude / integrity in the work
