PVTrans OilField Services is now looking for professional individuals to join our team to build up and develop the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for our Client to reach its full potential as follows:

1. CMMS ELECTRICAL ENGINEER: 1 Position

Specific Accountabilities:

• To be the technical focal point for all electrical governance and advice and to support the M & I and Spares Lead on all electrical related activities and provide a timely and efficient delivery of high quality electrical maintenance data/support to ensure maintenance program take into account the safe, efficient and reliable offshore facilities.
• Responsible of and ensure Electrical Maintenance program in CMMS is being built in accordance with all codes and best practices and in compliance with all procedures and maintenance routines.
• To support the development of Required Spare Parts List (RSPL) for electrical packages.
• Will be capable of verifying all electrical critical assessments and calculations when required.
• Review electrical maintenance strategies, procedures, routines and plans including electrical campaign maintenance.
• Ensure the management of electrical equipment in hazardous areas is being correctly applied on the offshore facilities.

2. CMMS MECHANICAL ENGINEER:1 Position

Specific Accountabilities:

• To be technical focal point for all Mechanical/Rotating Equipment (RE) Engineering and provide technical support for the M & I and Spares Lead on all mechanical/RE engineering related activities. Provide a timely and efficient delivery of high quality mechanical/RE engineering, maintenance support to ensure maintenance program take into account the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the offshore facilities.
• Responsible of and ensure Mechanical/RE Engineering maintenance program in CMMS is being built in accordance with all codes and best practices and in compliance with all procedures and maintenance routines.
• To support the development of Required Spare Parts List (RSPL) for mechanical/RE packages.
• Will be capable of verifying all mechanical/RE critical assessments and calculations when required.
• Review mechanical/RE maintenance strategies, procedures, routines and plans including any campaign maintenance for mechanical equipment.
• Ensuring RCM techniques are being applied, especially to critical equipment and carrying out regular reviews of this data.

3. CMMS INSTRUMENT ENGINEER : 1 Position

Specific Accountabilities:

• To be the technical focal point for all instrument and metering technical support for the M & I and Spares Lead on all instrument and metering related activities and provide a timely and efficient delivery of high quality instrument and metering maintenance support to ensure maintenance program take in account the safe, efficient and reliable operation of instrument and metering equipment on the offshore facilities.
• Responsible of and ensure Instrument and metering maintenance program is being built in accordance with all codes and best practices and in compliance with all procedures and maintenance routines.
• To support the development of Required Spare Parts List (RSPL) for instrument packages.
• Will be capable of verifying all instrumentation critical assessments and calculations when required.
• Review instrument maintenance strategies, procedures, routines and plans including instrument campaign maintenance.
• Ensure the management of instrument equipment in hazardous areas is being correctly applied on the offshore facilities.

4. CMMS MATERIALS/SPARES ENGINEER: 1 Position

Specific Accountabilities:

• Responsible of the data build of inventory and spare parts module in CMMS including spare register with attributes, Min-max level setting, preservation strategies and CMMS warehouse and inventory processes.
• Ensure all SPIR lists are gathered from suppliers during Project, reviewed and generate RSPLs.
• Ensure all Required Spare Parts List (RSPL) are fully reviewed Operations team and aligned to Operations budget. Once approved coordinate with EPC contractor/procurement to ensure spares are received into warehouse on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure spare parts are correctly tagged and stored and correctly preserved and that the correct preservation routines are implemented and followed.
• Communicating with Vendors, manufacturers and suppliers for detailed spare parts information.
• Population of spare parts data and Vendor information i.e. BOMs into the CMMS.
• Training/ assessment to CMMS user (stock/ inventory).
• Owner and status update for CMMS stock – inventory – min/max improvement campaign.

Minimum Competencies:

• Prior CMMS/EAM/ERP build up experience.
• Good communication skills and a good command of English. TOEIC standard is preferable.
• Significant Electrical/Mechanical/Instrument or relevant experience (min 5 years) in Oil and Gas industry.
• Degree qualified in Engineering.
• Knowledge and skills of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Knowledge and skills of RAM/RCM/FMECA/RBI/LOPA/SIL techniques.
• Computer literate and excellent proficiency in MS Excel / Access / Words.
