- Procurement Executive: To purchase materials necessary for continued operations with minimal interruptions; provide a professional, cost effective and timely service to our offshore & onshore teams, and pursue opportunities to realize maximum savings to operation cost, minimizing waste and non-value added practices to meet the objectives while fully complying with the company’s policies and procedures by identifying and select reliable sources of supply of materials, equipment and services, ensuring on time delivery and payment.
- General Accountant: Book general account including personal expense, apportion expense, advanced extraction. Compare internal debit with Head Office; Close general ledger. Prepare financial reports, tax reports and other required reports. Submit data for HO for general reports; Calculate and claim tax. Working with Tax Agency to resolve tax issues in business operations, including CIT, VAT, PIT and other kinds of tax to ensure following up Vietnam Laws, VAS and procedures of the company and the corporation
