  • At least 0-1 year of experience working in
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and listening)
* Salary: Negotiate
Job Description
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Prepare and scan letters and documents.
  • Receive, sort mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically every month.
  • Manage office equipment and facilities: contact and handle maintenance services when needed, ensure the office is always clean and well-functioned
  • Manage purchasing process with suppliers, regularly update supplier lists
  • Make booking for staff as required (hotels, air tickets, cars, meeting rooms,…)
  • Prepare documents to get visas, work permits and other travel papers
  • Document controller and receiver for project document;
  • Maintain and update the Log file for correspondence, transmittal, Note of meeting, daily/weekly/monthly report; Distributing email, correspondence memos, letters and documents under agreed procedure with Construction Manager;
  • All clerical task such as arranging meeting room and getting approval from PIC for related documents;
  • Assist in the preparation of working schedule;
  • Timesheet management;
  • Ensure sufficient office stationery, drinking water and other necessity;
  • Ordering monthly PPEs;
  • Arranging HSE Training contractors
  • Other relevant task assigned by Manager
